Reforma parcial en una vivienda situada en un edificio protegido del barrio del Carmen, con restricciones normativas y techos de escasa altura. El objetivo era adaptarla para su alquiler, manteniendo elementos originales como los pavimentos antiguos y la distribución, mientras se actualizaban instalaciones, baños, cocina y carpinterías.

A partial renovation of an apartment located in a protected building in the historic El Carmen district. With strict preservation regulations and low ceiling height, the goal was to prepare the space for rental. The original flooring and layout were largely preserved, while updating the installations, bathrooms, kitchen, and carpentry.
