En este edificio con protección ambiental en el centro de Valencia se mantuvo la fachada protegida mientras que el interior se hizo completamente nuevo. Se jugó con los niveles creando viviendas a diferentes alturas, volcadas a un patio trasero completamente acristalado. Esto dio como resultado unas viviendas espacialmente muy interesantes al mismo tiempo que funcionales y modernas.

In this environmentally protected building in the center of Valencia, the protected façade was preserved while the interior was completely rebuilt. Split levels were used to create apartments at different heights, all facing a fully glazed rear patio. The result is spatially interesting, modern, and functional housing units.
